Paddle & Surf Covid-19 update – From September 2021
In light of the uncertainty we all face in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wanted to keep you informed of the steps we are taking to ensure we are prepared for all scenarios. Our absolute number one priority is the safety of our staff, customers and the wider community.
Hygiene is paramount
Health authorities have been clear that maintaining good hygiene is absolutely critical. Alongside washing our hands thoroughly and regularly, we have launched a contact-free delivery process, so there is no contact with delivery drivers and no visitors are allowed to our place of work apart from the showroom. In addition to the cleaning we are doing during the day, we are performing a more thorough clean of all touchable surfaces in the warehouse and office each evening.
We are as a team actively testing for COVID-19 on a regular basis.
We are here to help
We have a dedicated team available, Monday to Friday, to offer advice, answer any questions in regard to your orders or any concerns you may have, so please get in touch if you need to.
We are now fully up to speed with dispatch times and delivery times. We are however still experiencing a slower than usual turnaround for kayak deliveries which are taking up to 2 days longer than usual.
We are still accepting, and processing returns / refunds as usual. When we receive a return item, they are all now being quarantined for at least 72hours before being returned to stock.
Showroom / shop
Our showroom is now open to the public. We are asking all customers and staff to ware face coverings or remain 2m apart. Our colleagues are always happy to wear face coverings if the customer would prefer that.
Our showroom is very well ventilated and we only allow a maximum of 2 sets of customers in the store at one time or a maximum of 6 people.
We are working hard without taking any unnecessary risks to make sure we carry on giving you the best service we can offer.
