What options do they offer?
Pay in 3 interest free instalments
Buy what you love today and spread the cost over time in 3 equal instalments. Your chosen card will be charged automatically. No interest. No fees. Ever.
At the checkout – Select the Klarna option and enter your debit or credit card information. No interest or fees – ever. It’s as simple as making any other card purchase.
When the order is shipped – After the retailer confirms that the order is on its way, we will charge your card for the first third of the total amount. We’ll send you a notification once the payment has been processed.
Pay 30 days, and 60 days later – Every 30 days we will automatically charge your card 1/3 until the full order amount has been paid. You will be informed ahead of time. There’s no interest, or fees to pay.

At the checkout – Choose Klarna to pay up to 30 days later and enter simple, top-of-mind information. No need for card numbers or complex information to complete the order.
When the order is shipped – Your agreed payment period starts when the order is shipped. This means that you can take the time to try your order before buying it without the stress of upfront payment.
Making the payment – You can easily make your payment online or in our app. Once you’ve connected your bank account, debit or credit card, the checkout process is as simple as a single tap.
Pay in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by us and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. To pay in 3 instalments using Pay in 3, follow these steps:
Add any of our products to your basket, select Klarna at checkout and proceed to payment.
If eligible, you’ll be presented with a Pay in 3 option.
Your first payment is processed, your products are dispatched and Klarna will automatically collect the remaining instalments 30 and 60 days later.
To use Pay in 3 you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, pay in 3 is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay in 3, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
Although Pay in 3 is widely promoted, it is not always universally available. The Pay in 3 payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon several factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability.
Once we have received the return (partial or full) and you have received our confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, Klarna shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay in 3 purchase from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If Klarna are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment.
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna using Pay in 3, you’ll need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address and a debit or credit card. The mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach you. All communications will be sent to your email address. It’s very important that you give Klarna the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.
Simply select this option at the checkout, fill in all your details (ensuring your mobile number and email address are correct as, they will use these to contact you/send you your payment statement) and complete the order. Your items will be shipped by us and just need to be paid for within 30 days online. Full payment instructions will be emailed to you within 2 days from Klarna and you can pay at your convenience, with no extra cost or fees. You’ll receive email reminders from Klarna regarding the payment.
If you’re having trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We’d recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you’ve provided. You’ll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these are paid off, try Pay Later with Klarna again. If you’ve recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.
If you haven’t used Klarna before and you’re shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.
A few days after your order, Klarna will email you to give you full payment instructions. You just need to pay for your order online within 30 days.
