Please note, gift vouchers are non-refundable, however any purchase made using a gift voucher will treated the same as using any other payment method. Refunds on any returns will be credited back to the gift cart account and the funds are then imediately available for other purchases.

UK Delivery Options

Standard delivery: £2.95 or FREE on orders over £20. Delivered in approximately 2-3 working days.

Express delivery: £3.95. Delivered in approximately 1-2 working days.

Next day delivery: £5.95 or FREE on orders over £70.

Place your order before 2pm and receive your goods the next working day, Monday to Friday (UK Mainland only). There is an additional charge for this service which you can select in the shopping cart. Express delivery is available for outlying destinations, but we cannot guarantee next day for some areas. Charges and delivery times will be stated in the checkout area when you select the destination.

Saturday Delivery: £9.95 for delivery on Saturday via courier. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be scheduled for delivery for the following Saturday.

Orders shipped in the UK by Royal mail will usually arrive Monday to Saturday with your postie. Our couriers usually only deliver Monday to Friday, so if you order on a Friday before 2pm using standard next day delivery, it will be delivered on the following Monday.

Click and Collect: Orders can be collected from our showroom in Threemilestone Industrial Estate, Truro, Cornwall between 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday. We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

UK Non-Mainland and Highlands Delivery: For some items which need to be sent with a courier, there may be a surcharge. Charges and delivery times will be stated in the checkout area when you select the destination.

International Delivery Options

Most European destinations covered: Please add your item(s) to the shopping cart and select your destination. The cart will update with delivery cost and times.

Express Delivery: Express delivery is available for most destinations. When you select this option, the cart will update with delivery cost and times.

Destinations not available in the shopping cart: We can deliver to most destinations but your country or area, may need an individual quote with specific weight and size of the package. Please contact us and we will provide a quote straight away.

Kayak/Surfboard Deliveries

Due to the size, weight and handling difficulties associated with kayaks, we are unable to provide free delivery (or included in the cost of the item).

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver kayaks outside the UK, or to any offshore, highlands and islands addresses.
Kayaks can of course be collected from our premises in Truro, Cornwall. Just select collection in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Please call to arrange a day/time that is suitable for you to ensure a team member is here to help you.
We want to ensure you receive your item safely and securely. We ask that you inspect the packaging when the item arrives with the delivery company, before signing to accept delivery. In the unlikely event of there being the slightest indication of damage please sign for the delivery and write "Damaged'.

Damaged Kayaks/Surfboards:

If the packaging is damaged and the courier refuses to allow you to sign for the package as damaged, please take the time to unwrap and inspect your order prior to signing. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for them as “Damaged”. If there is further refusal, please contact the us by phone 01872 672671 or email us at [email protected]

Please remember it is your responsibility to inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not signed for as such, we are afraid that we cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

Due to their size, solid kayaks are sent with large item specialist DX Freight. As DX Freight specialise in moving larger items this makes it difficult to predict how long drop offs can take. Therefore, at this present time DX Freight are not yet able to provide an hour window delivery on their services. At the time of dispatch, a tracking number for your order with DX Freight will be emailed and can be used on their website for updates. DX Freight may also call you prior to making delivery to ensure that someone will be in to take delivery.

The kayaks will not be left safe by the courier so, somebody must be at the address to accept the delivery. If nobody is present at time of delivery, the kayak will be returned to the depot and a calling card will be left at the address. It will be then your responsibility to contact DX to book a re-delivery.

Important Delivery Notes

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day (Monday - Friday). All orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be sent the following Monday.

All deliveries take place between 7.30am and 6pm Monday – Saturday.

Remember that all our estimated delivery times are quoted in "working days". Weekends and bank holidays are not included in estimated timescales.

Extreme weather conditions and circumstances out of our control can occasionally affect delivery times.

Faulty Items

Please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will advise you of the best course of action to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later). After the initial 30 days, you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement. Returns and Exchanges

UK Returns

We want to make returns as hassle and cost free as possible so, for the majority of our products, we have teamed up with Royal Mail to provide a simple online returns system, enabling you to get the item back to us easily and at no cost to you.

You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund.

If you require an alternative size or other exchange for an item you purchased, we recommend placing a new order for the new item and returning the original item for a refund.

Please note – Amazon and eBay customers will need to pay postage on returns as this service is for website customers only.

N.B. For all returns where there has been a delivery cost added the outbound order, we will not refund the original cost of delivery. For example, express delivery costs, out of area delivery supplements or delivery costs for kayaks / some larger items.

For very large items such as hard SUP’s, we are unable to offer free returns unless the items are damaged or faulty on arrival.

Small returns: Packages which are less than 20kg and smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) e.g. garments, wetsuits, kayak trolleys etc.

Small items can be returned to us free via Royal Mail from anywhere in the UK. Please see the Royal Mail Returns (small items) section.

Medium returns: Packages larger than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) but no larger than 130cm on any one side or over 30kg. e.g. iSUP packages, bodyboards etc.

To return medium sized items, you will need to contact us and we will arrange a free courier label for you. Please note, free returns for medium sized items are only available for mainland UK. If you are offshore, please contact us for advice before returning. There is further information on this in the Courier Returns (Medium / Large items) section.

Large items: Packages larger than 130cm on any side. e.g. solid surfboards, composite (hard) SUP’s etc.

We do not offer free returns on large items unless they are faulty / damaged on arrival. If a large item is unwanted you will need to arrange and pay for the return. We can however help with this, so please contact us for some advice on the best way to get things back to us.

Kayak returns

We are unable to offer free returns on kayaks unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival. If your kayak is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team via email ([email protected]) and we’ll work with you to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

If the kayak is unwanted, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return to our base in Truro, Cornwall. The kayak can be returned to us by a courier of your choice however, due to the size, weight and handling difficulties, couriers do charge a considerably larger fee compared to a standard small parcel.

Alternatively, if you aren’t too far away, you are more than welcome to deliver the kayak back to our warehouse in Truro, Cornwall.

If you are unable to find a suitable means to return the kayak to us, we can arrange a collection. However, this will be more than double the original shipping cost as we are charged for the driver to collect the item from you and for it to be delivered back to us. We are also charged a handling fee by our couriers. So, the return of a single kayak will cost £120 and tandems £150. The return cost plus the original delivery cost will be deducted from any refund once the kayak has arrived with us and has been inspected for any damage or use.

The kayak must arrive back to us in its original, unused condition in order for us to process your refund therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure the kayak is suitably wrapped for the return journey. We recommend wrapping it in the same way it was dispatched to you so, please take care when unwrapping it initially.

Before returning a kayak to us, please contact our customer service team so, they can give you full instructions and tips on the return.

International Returns

If you are returning an item because it doesn’t fit or it is unwanted, you have will need to pay the postage back to us if you are located outside the UK.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item and are based outside the UK, please contact us before returning the item. Any return postage costs cannot be reimbursed if you post back a faulty or incorrect item at your expense or without contacting us first.

International Exchanges (Non UK Delivery addresses)

We are happy to exchange items for international customers but due to the postage costs involved, we do need to charge postage for the replacement item, the cost will be the same as the original outgoing postage. We prefer to collect postage via a PayPal money request and will contact you to arrange this.

Items that can only be returned if they are faulty

Please bear in mind when making a purchase that we are unable to accept any returns of the items listed below unless they are faulty. Our friendly product specialists will be happy to give any advice you need. This won’t affect your statutory rights.

  • Safety equipment - excluding PFD's
  • Head wear, excluding helmets
  • Swimwear (where hygiene protection has been removed) - excluding wetsuits
